BIO - Jamie Wallen
Jamie Wallen is the Trainer and Training Coordinator at the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence. In her current position, she responds to technical assistance request from statewide professionals working with sexual and domestic violence survivors. Ms. Wallen facilitates request for statewide trainings on issues pertaining to the trauma-informed care of survivors, sexual and domestic violence, the neurobiology of trauma, and perpetrators of sexual violence. Ms. Wallen has worked with victims of violence in an advocacy role, along with collaborating with multidisciplinary fields and implementing policies and procedures for child sexual abuse prevention. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from William Jewell College in Political Science, International Relations and Applied Critical Thought and Inquiry.
