BIO – Robert J. Cooper
Robert J. Cooper is the Executive Director of Kansas Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (KCDHH), overseeing all KCDHH activities, including program of regulation and certification of interpreters in Kansas and border communities, and collaboration with other state programs and initiatives. Mr. Cooper has a 20-year plus experience in advocacy for the deaf people and the interpreter profession, including having administered 3 different interpreter agency businesses for a total of 7 years.
